My wife and I have had the pleasure of turning to Bob for our construction needs twice in the past three years. That alone should speak volumes that we would think enough of Bob for our construction needs twice under two different home building companies! You see. Bob served as our GC while he was with Rosenberger Construction for our dream home on some very nice acreage in North Idaho. This build was during the worst of Covid where shortages of materials and labor were the rule rather than the exception. As the GC, Bob kept everything flowing seamlessly both from a timeliness and a budget perspective. We couldn't have been more delighted with the result. After that build, I had the pleasure of meeting many of the subcontractors that worked that build. They would tell me, "You were lucky to have Bob." They would say too, "Rosenberger didn't build your house, Bob did!" So, three years later, when it came time to add a 40x60 stick-built shop building, we tracked Bob down. After over 28 years with Rosenberger Construction, he was now with Stan Craft Construction serving in a similar capacity, So, of course we went with them because we trusted Bob and his dedication and commitment to our project. With our 40x60, again we were thrilled with the results! Bob kept the project on time and within budget. On a personal level, Bob is a fine human being. He is personable and truly cares about the people he is working with - not only his clients but all the subcontractors and their workers, as well.
