The vision of spending time with family and friends in a spacious, open kitchen inspired a complete redesign of the kitchen layout. This evolution also sparked the transformation of the bunk room, laundry area, and bath, creating a more functional and inviting space for all to enjoy.

A perfectly planned ski-in/ski-out home at Schweitzer Mountain featuring three levels thoughtfully designed to maximize both function and views. The kitchen, living room, and primary suite all located at the top floor to capture the incredible lake and mountain scenery from the living spaces. This one is going to be something special. Our Lakeshore Drive project is going to be nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly positioned along the beautiful Pend O'reille River, this custom home was a complete teardown and is now being transformed into something truly magnificent.

From the design to the views, every detail of this build was thoughtfully planned to create a one-of-a-kind waterfront home that will be stunning from every angle.

Tall Timber, Schweitzer Mountain

Our Tall Timber project, located in the exclusive gated community of The Spires at Schweitzer Mountain, is truly one of a kind. Sitting at the highest homesite on the mountain, this incredible build offers absolutely breathtaking panoramic views and the ultimate private mountain retreat. Designed as a ski-in, ski-out luxury home, every detail of this project was created to blend comfort, elegance, and functionality at the highest level. Complete with a private elevator and surrounded by nature, this home is the definition of a mountain oasis.

The River project is officially underway, and to say we are excited would an understatement. We are incredibly honored that the homeowners trusted Mountain High Home Builders with this spectacular build. Working alongside an outstanding designer and architectural team, this project is going to be truly special.
